Very pathetic experience.. Non sense director Ramu and bullsheet HR department. Company not even afford a cup of tea extra.. Policy is only meant to restrict employees.. No work life an no job satisfaction and security

Hr Policies are very good and the customer service are nice, appreciated by customers as well. The head of the company who takes care in India is very humble and friendly by nature.

Management have internal politics, so because of this reason favouritism and other issues created. So because of this reason employees had to leave the organisation.

Nothing to say it was a bad experience to work, not only me many of senior manager shared their experience before they left job.

Company is not giving good growth, salary increment and proper incentives.

I got very less time to work with Pavers I have recently joined over there but sudden pandemic situation change everything Management was very supportive employee oriented company wish to serve that company in future again whenever they will need me I will there

Good place to work. All backend staff are very support and management is really transparent.

No job guarantee. Employee layout happened this covid 19 situation now the staff are struggling for daily life
