They don't pay to even people who quit with proper resignation, and no wirk life balance, boring and tense atmosphere, seniors shares your display and keep eye on your all the work like you are a criminal. Don't provide proper detail on incentive well. Many more things...

Dislikes

Working in the e-commerce department has been challenging due to favoritism, biased project assignments, and ineffective leadership. HR support has been lacking, and mental stress from the management has made it difficult to maintain a positive work environment. While the company has potential, the department's toxic work culture hinders growth and employee satisfaction. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
