Mostly night shifts will be provided, company has rotational shifts only but some teams have only night shifts. I worked in night shifts for 3 years so, I faced so many health issues.

My colleagues are good but here salary is less shift hours are more than actual hours every time you have to extend your shift because of powercut and data.. seniors are not at all supportive no employee is happy because of salaries structure.. If company full fill the needs of employees only then this company will grow.... Also companies should bring new technologies so that employee should learn like any type of skill development course or else certificate.

Nothing is to be liked in patra, worst MNC ever!!

They pay 10k for process executive can you imagine working in a MNC for 10k rupees that's ridiculous!!! Even if you reach in senior team lead level they will pay you only 25k and that is also after giving 5 years to the company.
