It is a best company to start your career.. Your job will be secure untill or unless you did something wrong like teasing girls like stuff.. No ragging.. Everyone maintain a healthy relationship.. Very friendly team leads.. I'm happy to be a part of Patra family.

Everything is fine except salary.. Salaries should be improve for PE 1.. We are working hard for our processes but still not getting promotions.. Its not like complaining but It's really hard to lead for whom took the responsibility of their family with this salary.. I'm one in them.. I hope our salaries would be increase..

Salary very less only the Manager and above are getting good Salary and rest are getting brid food. That's why the higher management are not raising and issues for the Salary of

Very nice to work. I'm a part of the organization is the best for all the employees who are working & my suggestion is to open other branch in Hyderabad as also many companies are there nearly. I want to be other patra has to be there surrounding to all other organizations

No other reasons. Last but not least only the salary has to be hike for better & more better for the employees that is only request from my side

Difficult to work on Night shift, lot of work pressure specially in HEFFERNAN process, I was working in night shift for more than a year, they never changed my shift, Vizag वाले एक ग्रुप में रहते हैं अगर कोई नॉर्थ का आदमी वहां काम करने आ जाए तो काम करना उसके लिए मुश्किल हो जाता है एकदम necessary चीजों को ही एक्सप्लेन करते है बाकी सब कुछ खुद ही सीखना पड़ता है। वो सारा आसान खुद कर लेंगे और मुश्किल काम जूनियर पर छोड़ देते हैl

...ifficult to work in night shift, . Huge Work pressure, . Vizag people are rude . Very Low increment in salary . No meaning of promotion because salary is still the same (15k to 16k) . Vizag people put all the work pressure to junior if you belongs to North . Night shift only, no shift change
