Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Work life balance is good, wfh is allowed.

  • Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No real funding, VP-Engineering doesn't understand the product and how development should be done. Doing things fast is given priority over doing things right. Hence products keep breaking. Employee turnover rate is really high. New team leads are experts in politics.

Last year the higher management got changed and it brought a very drastic change which led all the great managers to resign from the company which is why work culture really impacted.
