Under industry average salary - They actually think they pay the best, feel free to check out any other company with the similar role, or industry average for that position. It will always be way higher than this "self-proclaimed best" company.
No future - The company works purely on referrals or contacts of the leadership. No GTM teams to drive business growth (because they either sacked people one after the other, or forced them to leave)
No learning/development - You will be wasting your time here working on unappealing and 3rd nature projects as engineers. HR/TA/Sales/Marketing - don't even consider applying. No future or scope here.
Their management is mess. The technical lead doesn't have any technical knowledge. They reach out to the team members when they are questioned about any technical issue. Management members are taking things personally when you question their feedback about anything. The desperation of flattering clients is at level where employees are instructed to wish them on their US holidays.
Project manager are also not interested to schedule a one on one meeting with the members of team to know what challenges they are experiencing in the team.
There are no learning opportunities as no new projects are in pipeline and the projects which they currently have doesn't provide to learn anything new as you are allowed to have limited access only.
There is no work freedom here. You have to share a data prepared in Excel of what number of tasks you handled at EOD.
My opinion -
If you still want to join Parkar Global, it's your personal decision but don't accept the offer of they give you opportunity to work in helpdesk team.
No Actual development work left here. Freshers and even experienced are hired just to spoil their career. You literally have to do Donkey work and keep satisfying managers ego. Politics is what you will learn for sure at Parkar.
Management have no self respect when it comes to facing client and same is expected from employees.
I thoroughly enjoyed my 2.6-year tenure at Parkar Digital, where I experienced a fantastic work culture and excellent work-life balance. I'm grateful to my manager and teammates for their support throughout my time there. Parkar's emphasis on attending webinars and embracing new technologies and innovations greatly contributed to my personal and professional growth. I'm thankful for the valuable lessons learned and the enjoyable journey with Parkar.
During my time at Parker, I didn't encounter any significant issues or challenges.

While working in Parkar as a senior resource with exp more than 7.5 years, there is nothing too good to think about Parkar. As employees, they will be asked to work on multiple projects without prior training and experience. The data engineering guy will work on cyber security documentation of other projects and he has to work for 13 to 14 hours. Management is biased. Team managers are not up to mark. They even don't know the project and knowledge about technology is hell. You will get nothing from managers. Except for the time sheet update karo.
Managers are busy with management to gain favor.
So many things. 1st is no JOB Security. Managers, Management. If managers started looking for jobs outside Parakar no one would hire them this is the reality. Nothing is organized. How to pull business how business is working manager don't know they just work with instruction from management.
Please do not join Parkar Digital to find a better organization. If you have the last option then only join and change it asap.
