Everything comes Upto the writers. In lean season where there is no job they charge us for no job, salary cut. Everyday Changing policies how to cut money from writers..All reward policies cancelled. No off days zero work life balance and all decision is on Yash only..No one else have the power to decide anything..changing policies effecting the firm

They will just ask you to write again and again the same assignment and then in the end deduct payment from your salary for not meeting target. Highly target Oriented job. Plus management is also not good. Too many deductions are there in the salary they offer. In the end you'll get only 60% of your CTC that too afte meeting all the targets on time. Work life balance is not good here.

Everything. Kolkata Economics TM attitude, Salary negotiations, Work Culture, Environment everything is toxic. Justice for all in the company is very vague. Employees are treated as labourers.

The one positive thing that you can get is high salary scale and office parties which attracts people like hell

The culture is worst. No work life balance is there. I used to work even after coming back from office. They used to claim that one week off will be there, but you still have to work on these days. These people will also blame you for not providing you with works during lean period. How are we supposed to get works if we are not assigned!!?? And how are we responsible for this??!! They will constantly pressurize you to complete your daily and monthly word count which is seriously not possible specifically for the lean period. And then suddenly one day you will be called and will be informed that you are laid off. Please be very sure that you have some back up before you join this company. Here TLs are favoured and all misfortunes comes for the employees. Been a victim of this toxic work environment.

...ks. When I asked the trainer and he regarding the reasons but they left me seen. Wow 😥 But thank god they promised to pay for attending the training and I got it on time.
