I started off my career at this company as an intern and then converted to Full-time employee. Here is my honest review about the company: 1) The Management is bad, and they fire people left and right. Job security is really poor. Do your research about the company before you join. 2) The seniors lacked the clarity and expertise needed to effectively guide others. I am not sure how things are now, but make sure you ask lot of questions during the interview. 3) Work culture is really bad, even after putting in long hours and working tirelessly. Managers and the management don't appreciate employees and instead resort to badmouthing them.

the CEO , the CEO's left arm, the CEO's right arm !! Yes you heard it right , please run away if u can. On a serious note : 1. Long working hours where the higher authority will threaten you that you need to work for 18 hours minimum ( we cant sleep because CEO wont sleep ) 2. Blame-game is real ! if you ace, it is because of the guidance. if you fail , it is because you slept for more than 3 hours during night, not even day time 3. Higher management will get easily manipulated by people who work only during the night

The confused LT team just giving a lot of pressure on their junior colleagues to get the work done in hurry. A lot of work pressure. They have totally unachievable plans. Burning money at wrong direction. No official timing for work, you might have to work 15-18 hours. And managers will never appreciate your work but if anything wrong happens they will put blame on juniors.

Got a lot of exposure in terms of working with different technologies and working on projects in various domains.

Dislikes

It is definitely very fast paced as its a start up. Takes time to get used to it but they cant afford to spend time on resources to get upto speed. Hence it does get hard at times.
