Teammates ,training ,job security,career growth, salary, travel,learning,work environment,innovation everything is good.There is no politics. I wanted little change in daily routine work.

There is no learning at all. Process of recruitment as well as exit was very lengthy.some managers are so arrogant and won't guide you if you are stuck. Worst part is there is no surety of your appraisal rather you will get it or not
