No much work pressure because the trainers just have to explain whatever is in the ppt.

... but all are just promises, they won't keep their word. HR is just their puppet. Coming to salary, every month an amount will be deducted from our salary as BONUS which will be credited at the end of the year on monthly or quarterly basis as installments (depends upon how you are negotiating). But for that amount we have to ask them( beg). I was supposed to get the so called bonus in January 2024, it's been six months and still it is pending. I left the organization months back and even now I have to follow up for the same. And the worst thing is the HR won't respond to your call or message.

Trainers are very good. They are well prepared.

Dislikes

The management, Hr, the founder(Satish), are worst. I will suggest that please do not go for training in palle technologies. They do not provide placements for the students. I had given technical interview in one of the company provided by palle technology. Day after this, I was having Hr round, but I didn't received any mail. I had messaged respected HR, but she didn't even responded. Due to this I missed one opportunity.

In this intership in which I have had the opportunity to visualize data using Matplotlib and Scikit learn. This internship has not only given me a clear understanding but has also given me a lot of hands-on experience in exploratory data analysis, data visualization as well as predictive analytics, and implementation of ML algorithms.
