Poor salary hike, people loyal to the company are under appreciated, no mechanism to match the salary of existing employees as per market standards no matter how skilled or certified we are. Lazy employees who are in good books with managers are not questioned leading to more workload on employees who are hard working. ...l of a person working at HCL. Appraisal cycles are always delayed and postponed. Moreover they also deduct your salary on name on EPB monthly even after you got 9/10 rating.

Suggest how to switch support to MERN

Hey there! I'm working in HCLTECH and have 3 years of experience in a support project simple copy and paste. I have learned HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js , Node.ja (MERN stack). Also giving an interview right now 10-11 I have appeared. Not selected anywhere. Some interviews I have answered all questions but I didn't hear back. Asking for expected CTC 8 lpa and current is 4lpa. Please suggest how to crack a MERN interview. Do I need to be ready for machine coding rounds Because in the first round I have an idea right now, javascript basics, some coding questions on array and strings also concept of react and node. Please suggest what areas I should focus on. How to tell the interviewer I am a MERN developer not working on a support project because one interviewer had doubts. If someone switched please share your experience Thank you all for your time.
