Nothing as such. Even If we don't like something, At p99soft, employee can express it in team meetings or to management. As it has flat organization, Any concern can be quickly resolved.

So far so great experience. As a startup everyday is new challenge as the company grows with new requirements so it might be a different experience working a startup rather than a normal monotonous job.
