...e and great management. I am proud and happy to work with P3 for last 9 years. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and salary is good and also had hike and bonus every year. P3 provide lots of opportunities here for growth. Work details:- Responsible for meeting clients and knowing their requirements for the Kitchen design. Also responsible for creating accurate blueprints to meet all the clients specifications. Providing innovative ideas and concepts to meet client's needs. Assist Design team to specify all fittings, furniture, lighting & finishes. Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.

I liked working under my Team Leader/ Mentor. Got to learn many working techniques from her. The company is good and rapidly growing. Overall I had an average exposure while working in the firm.

Employee satisfaction is really low. Salary and appraisal was the biggest issue that I faced. Leaves provided and work-life balance was not so pleasing.
