Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and salary is good and also had hike and bonus every year. P3 provide lots of opportunities here for growth. I liked working under my Team Leader/ Mentor. Got to learn many working techniques from her. The company is good and rapidly growing. Overall I had an average exposure while working in the firm.

Dislikes

Employee satisfaction is really low. Salary and appraisal was the biggest issue that I faced. Leaves provided and work-life balance was not so pleasing.

It was the worst company I ever worked for. They denied to pay me salary even though a proper notice was five of resignation.
