Honestly, I couldn’t find any genuine positives. The overall experience was deeply disappointing.

Dislikes

The work culture is extremely toxic — no empathy, no respect for work-life balance. The CTO has a dismissive and demeaning attitude. He once said, "If you offer biryani, employees will ask for biryani. If you offer curd rice, they’ll ask for curd rice," — a clear reflection of how little he values his team ,rather than understanding real workplace concerns. Unrealistic expectations: Developers are overloaded with work, and when things go wrong, they’re blamed and put on PIP without proper support. Managers are no better — instead of supporting overburdened teams, they pile on more tasks. If you say you’re already swamped with CTO-assigned work, they sarcastically question why you can’t do their tasks too. There’s zero understanding of employees' stress or health concerns.

There is nothing to like - Not a single positive aspect.

Dislikes

I am a former employee and here is my experience: If you want to experience humiliation, stress, and even mental torture, this is the place for you. There is no work-life balance and no encouragement from the leads only constant criticism of employees. No weekends, no leaves, no holidays you are expected to be available and work 24/7. There is no growth in the team. The concept of "out of office hours" does not exist. Even when you're on leave, you're expected to work. If you don't respond, action will be taken against you. There will be no office or HR events- only work, work, and more work. It is better to be jobless than to work here

Strangely, there is job Security 10/10 with unrealistic marketing targets. Manager - Lacks product + marketing knowledge and logic. Marketing team needs skilled manager who doesn't expect one year goals to be achieved within 3 months
