The team is young, dynamic and open to innovations. The team is free with accepting new ways of performing better and achieving goals together as one. There are no serious work pressures and dead lines involved. Everyone gets to have an individual sense of responsibility.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. There are times when you have to work outside your comfort zone to meet the needs of clients (on a rare basis). Seniors sometimes do not value an individual's unique strengths. The hard work is appreciated by clients and team but there is little to no appreciation from boss. As a start up, there is no HR department to take proper notice of complaints, training, etc. Its up to seniors to handle those things.
