There is not such issues with the company policies and the overall experience is good but Company should take more care about the future of their employees by providing proper appraisals timely.

Great company for onroll employees in terms of salary! They gets more than they deserves. Third party payroll employees gets lower salary ,however no discrimination between regular and third party in terms of behaviour, respect and work. Why to join- if you wish to work hard in challenging environment, no cabin environment. Why not to join- if you wish to do 10 am to 7 pm job, its impossible here.

Work life balance was good previously, but some managers do not give you work life balance they want you to work 24 hrs and 7 days a week without taking any leave.

Dislikes

They not give bonus or any appreciation on diwali or on new year to keep employees motivated for rest of the year.
