- As an employee we have no access to get discount on personal bookings - No appraisal nd benifits (incentives) since 2-3 years - No such gifts received on diwali and other festive season - Not able to balance work nd personal life

... saying he is correct. Politics is there, you are not appreciated for your work. When asked for appresel, said you did not do any work and you are on high package already. In town hall CEO other leadership will say big big words we did this, that, flana n all but on grounds same culture. Oyo hires people on contract bases, which means you are treated like a slave, also they fired 70% people last year. No IJP and no learnings. It's better not to join Oyo.
