There were not much support from the management, infact pay cuts were done and no job security during covid times. Employees were randomly sacked in April (2020) right during the first lockdown.

Dislikes

With regard to sales department, you are just not sure whether you will be there in the company next month. One bad month and you will be on PIP. No growth and no hike too, and the reasons the management gives us is pretty lame.

From last three month I had not received two month salary just because I was hospitalised because of stone problem and hemorrhoids now hospital was private and they are not ready to provide any medical certificate which is mandatory to provide for our HR Team and hospital will going to provide this medical documents after this Coronavirus will get end because hospital is also have the pressure from local police to not provide any hospital paper not even bill to the patient and in our city it's totally lockdown local politicians are helping for food to get delivered at home so please need help or else forcefully on mail HR giving me a warning for the abscond.. due to salary I had already faced lots of problem and still facing the same issues even HR had made my profile active at oyo but I don't have access on official email id ...

I like to work with OYO every time I will not ever going to think any negative reason about or working at Oravel Stays Private Limited this is just a best company I had ever founded for my work ..

Dislikes

If you are very bad on work ethics and other attitude problems, then they won't entertain you more. Should be ready to handle both Customers and your Managers equally. Service issues can happen at mid night also, where you should be available at phone, but that's a piece of cake if you attached to the job.

...b in oyo..very bad cukture on workplace..Managers create very negative thoughts.Salary miscommitments..Oyo is bad in and out...Dont expect job security ..I had never such a mean people earlier in any company in last four years of experience.

no career growth..bad work culture.would not suggest to join oyo in any bad situation..it will hamper your resume.Managers do not value an individuals unique strength

Poor HR hold and policies, and lots of politics and no exact track of work done. Inappropriate target (target get double in 2 months) No special benefits for employees. No work life balance at all.
