Job Description:

As a Demand Manager - Holiday & Tour Package Sales, you will play a pivotal role in managing and boosting the sales of our holiday and tour packages. You will be responsible for generating demand, overseeing package sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing, and operations to deliver superior results while meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Drive the sales of holiday and tour packages by generating demand across all assigned regions (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Indore, Ahmedabad).
  • Demand Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive leads, ensure conversion, and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive tailored travel solutions that meet their preferences and budget.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor the latest market trends and competitor offerings to position our packages effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of the tour packages.
  • Reporting: Regularly track sales performance and generate reports to present to senior management.
  • Brand Promotion: Assist in promoting the companys holiday and tour packages through various channels, both online and offline.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or demand management, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of holiday and tour packages, including various destinations, itineraries, and related services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for travel and a deep understanding of customer preferences in the travel and holiday segment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Indore, or Ahmedabad is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation Mandatory
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales, demand generation, or similar roles in the travel industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and other tools for reporting and tracking performance.
