Everything is worst.Without notice and for no reason bulk terminating employees.Proper salary also not giving after relieving.Only one month salary providing.Worst work experience ever.

Management is very poor and managers are not supportive.there is so much pressure, politics, discrimination, partiality, less salary as compared to working hours, 7 days working, poor work life balance.

All the sales agent who got promoted as TL now, this m*therfuckers doesn't know how to get work done from sales agent, everyday they are fooling their boss, they abuse like a typical indian abusive family member, poor facilitys, all day office politics

No work culture, except sales agent, the oto capital m*therf*cker management organize party, team lunch, all others celebration, sales executive treated as their sl*ves like day labour, f*ckup with company revenue.

This is worst company I worked ever they treating employees like a their puppets If we raise our voice with Team Leaders they started taking personal grudge on you Please before joining think and join Even they hold salary also As per company working hours is 9hours they should make us work 10 to 11hours because of Target not completed Here there is lot of partiality If you not feeling also while leaving office they will tell you if you're going now tomorrow you have to come and complete your Target they don't have humanity
