All the sales agent who got promoted as TL now, this m*therfuckers doesn't know how to get work done from sales agent, everyday they are fooling their boss, they abuse like a typical indian abusive family member, poor facilitys, all day office politics

Dislikes

No work culture, except sales agent, the oto capital m*therf*cker management organize party, team lunch, all others celebration, sales executive treated as their sl*ves like day labour, f*ckup with company revenue.

Wrost company they only want there targets and works they don't value your emergency purpose whatever it is you have to do there work and go If you have informed that you will login early and logout early they will tell ok ok ok but when you want logout they will be like no you can't do the work and go and they will make you sit till 8 or 9 so you should work till 10 to 9 and you are spoiling your health and they even care about you...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
