Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Very for from Home place(Thanjavur District from Tamil Nadu State.) woking by forced batchlors.Other Staff facilities like Monthly Salry,Annual Increment, Fooding(Company mess,Accomadation(Temporary Strucutre Room Individual)@ Trvelling vechicle(Providing by company) No problem. very much satisfactry even daily woking time 8.00AM to 10.00PM(Except lunch 1.00Pm to 2.00PM)including sunday also.
