Low salary and poor HR policies. All day work with no fix timings. Sometimes you have to work for more than 24 hrs.

Throughout the lockdown, Oriental have been very much supportive. They have given the salary of every month on time, take good care of all staff. This is one of the best construction companies one can think of.

salary and low increments.There is no limit of time for duty & No vaccation,and also company gives little leaves.but i am ok with it.

...with company management,,, Their nature and devotion about work is praiseworthy. Company's norms and policies are too much simple and salary on time, provide full job security and appraisal too.

Salary com to time Job Surety if you are work less money and more Extra work..then it is good..no one can remove those person . This is great Training Company.
