...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

They only process salary on time basis. Other benefits are not there

Dislikes

In this company most of the old employee there so they are not ready to co-operate to new joinee. Especially domestic marketing department there is internal politics. Some colleague are so rude.

As a fresher, it is a very good company to learn & hone technical as well as pressure-handling skills

Work culture is terrible. Very poor HR policy. Many stuffs & some seniors are really inappropiate in their mannerism

1) No appraisal from last 2 years 2) strict office hours if you are 1 min late it will be considered half day and no out time. 3) working on holidays/weekly off and attain calls so work life balance.

Direct work with management and know-how of all the departments.work experience of all areas and interdpartment.

Dislikes

Not given timely appraisal year on year ; you have to wait for 3 years for first year apprisal that will lose your interest while work.Compulsory 90 days notice period which trouble so much for executive level person to search other job.No other company interest to wait for 90 days.
