Company is employeeing Good candidates from Good institute with higher salary but they are leaving our organization within two years .Some concrete planning shall be plan to train and detain these candldates.

Financially stable company and so salary and other compensation are given timely.

Everything. The Management takes decision based on primitive ideologies, no new idea is accepted or appreciated, HR department is biased towards it's employees based on personal relationships. Seniors are not supportive and backstab any new employees. Management wastes new talents and their skills by doing worthless exercises.

Sales team domination is high, No identity is given for Services department. Too many top management, No integrity among Top management which creating Too much pressure to ground level staff. No worklife balance, All of sudden top management calls in your personal time and ask for work.

Appraisal need to be more transparent, inter collaboration can get improve, ,salary was average for engineer which were passed out from premium institute (like NIT's) . Need to integrate sport culture inside company.
