Financially stable company and so salary and other compensation are given timely.

Dislikes

Everything. The Management takes decision based on primitive ideologies, no new idea is accepted or appreciated, HR department is biased towards it's employees based on personal relationships. Seniors are not supportive and backstab any new employees. Management wastes new talents and their skills by doing worthless exercises.

Very bad and the culture is so toxic that any new enthusiastic person would get depressed and demotivated.
