I have worked 2 years 6 months is this company and there is nothing good about this company except few colleagues.

Dislikes

The company is on debt. Salary is irregular. Newcomers doesn't stay for long (1-2 years hardly). Too much politics in the office. Senior managers are mostly biased. They are like the puppet for the Management. Too much racism on cast. CFO himself a Andhbhakt of BJP. Salary is very low. Doesn't even match the market. Work load is not too much but very lazy due to irresponsive seniors. And they make you work till 9pm, 10pm, 11pm with no extra pay but the office time is 10am to 6.30pm. Aslo sometimes they make the juniors work on Saturday, Sundays. No extra pay. No extra leave. Company also have a 3 months Notice Period policy. Otherwise you have to pay 3 months salary (no negotiation). Yearly increment is also very bad. You will only get increment if you start licking your bosses shoes. Work culture and office environment is so worse that it is unbearable for an outsider. Thankfully I have left this company on December 2024. And still they haven't released my PF money.

Work environment is good. We can maintain a good work life balance. Teammates are supportive. Management is sensible. Supportive to employees.

Dislikes

...ployees having better years of experience are paid less. No appraisal in a year. No better salary growth. HOD always complaint about working on weekends. I think that is for what they are given responsibility , position and salary. No medical facilities for Employees. Punctuality is valid only for juniors. Corruption is common among seniors.

I have joined ORSL in July 2024 and I have recently completed my probation period, working here is an amazing experience. Company promotes positive work environment, work life balance, encourages growth and truly value its employees. Leadership is supportive and the focus on innovation and teamwork is inspiring. Also company is taking initiative on gender diversity which is commendable. Personal and Professional development programs conducted for employee well being.

Nothing as such The company is embracing challenges as opportunities to grow and improve in every aspect.

Great place to grow and make an impact. Just completed 3.5 years. I had joined as Assistant Manager and in 2 years become Manager. This recognition reflects company's merit based culture where hard work and dedication are genuinely appreciated. I feel, if you do not perform with dedication and as per your potential then you will not get connected with values of the company. The management is practical in approach and available whenever you need them to guide you. Recently started inhouse training programs on soft-skills and technical technical trainings. The office is near to Vashi station which is better for commutation. Office is from Monday to Friday and from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Dislikes

Non-performers leave the organization and give bad rating without any justified reason. Every company has its pros and cons. its upto you how to take it. I took it as learnings and improved my performance. There is always scope for improvement.

Likes

Open and transparent work culture. Any one can directly approach management. Training sessions called Wise Wednesday and as engineering company Implementation of Kaizen in all departments. Most of festivals are celebrated and Indian culture is well maintained.

Dislikes

Its upto you how you keep yourself happy in your life.
