Awesome company to work for. The overall culture is really nice. Oracle gives you umpteen opportunities to learn and develop skills. Work life balance is really good.

The only problem is salary hikes and benefits in comparison to other brands. Appraisals doesn’t happen for multiple years in a row.

...de.I used to get hike in every 2 or 3years once, that too very less percentages. When asked for salary hike manager said 'people are losing jobs at least you are getting this salary'.

The best place to work. I don't know if there is any other company who can provide work life balance better than Oracle. The best place to work in my opinion

I have to think a lot if I have to find anything which I desliked about oracle. May be on the compensation side they are a bit lacking.

...mpany policy for job security. If management will want any time they can fire. This company is not recommended for long term plan, you can join for salary hike and after 2-3 years you should change.

I had great team mates, Good salary, good work life balance.

No team outings for 2 years straight and not much training is offered to you, you are sent to training when management requires not when you want to learn something new, and very poor quality managers who are ready to ask you to do anything to please higher management, they will deny your basic rights has a employee and if you raise voice against it , you will be threatened to be fired.
