job security is onl plus i see here, there are employees with 15+ exp, or from start of flexcube which later was acquired by oracle and is now Oracle Finacial services software

No salary hikes for years, no perks, not even Wifi bill rembursement. Nothing new to learn, employees are not open to automation they are comforatble with manual efforts, new approach is always discouraged. HR dept is for name sake. abusive workplace, managers lack empathy, uses cuss words for female employees as well and everyone behaves as if its company culture.

Achieving a balance between work and personal life is crucial. Having flexible work hours is a great way to accomplish this. It also helps to have friendly colleagues who make the work environment more pleasant.

Dislikes

There have been no regular salary hikes, and no new projects are being undertaken. Technology upgrades are yet to hit the market.

Double salary will be provided for working on weekends and holidays.

Redundant work. Very old tech stack. Poor process management. huge politics. Shouting managers and this is only 10% of what i dislike at OFSS.
