Ok first thing i have to say about this company is good for starting your career for medical background but don’t expect much salary because if you’re living like Chennai area this salary is not enough for single person

Incentive method and not showing proper package details it varying from crct to salary slip it’s big disappointment please consider and provide good package for medical coding job ppl in this job really working hard

Working atmosphere is good and there is no frequent change in project, which helps to know the project and get stable in quality and production

Work pressure, no good salary hikes or promotion, Too much of internal politics which spoils the standards of an MNC.

Salary structure . I got salary only 14.5k in this PG rent 6.5k ..this is really enough for me .. When I am going to do incentive means I got if not only 14.5k.. We also please think ... I hope u understand

no work life balance salary and incentive is good but so much of work and work pressure that no time for personal life....growth is very very slow, lots of politics, management doesn't adress our issue....
