...It is USA based Hindi talking company. Appraisal lot of partiality and politics. Following quiet firing and making them resign by covering cost cutting and loss of the company and this will be happened for next 2 years

Salaries are good however there are not many benefits other than the salary. Generally you get to work on good and latest technologies and projects

There is zero sense of belonging, No one talks to each other so you can not expect help from others. internal politics at its peak, in short, Optum is a perfect example of how a company culture should not be.

Don't know about AR caller and RCM process especially non voice processes are worst at all segments like salary, learnings, culture, process related knowledge etc, I agree all corporate companies have there own politics goes inside but Optum Hyd will be 1st in it and higher management like managers and DM's are really good at back stabbing and they teaches you how to become lazy without any development in life and career

They are not hiring B.tech people even not allowing for interview. I am trying through contract from 1 year onwards but no use
