... that I joined Optum. It has the best infrastructure and job security is 10000%. Salary always on time. Management is too lenient and the best part is that I have never felt this much leverage and freedom in any other company. Optum is indeed a great place to work. they provide both sided cabs as well. I have literally no complaints. everything including HR, and senior staff has been very helpful.

Good Culture, SME is supportive, Management is Ok "At Optum Global Solutions, I love the friendly atmosphere and how everyone works together. I feel really satisfied with my job because there's always support and chances to learn new things. Plus, knowing there's stability and job security here makes me feel valued and happy about my future with the company."

I am disappointed with salary according to my work they are not paying that much. With very slow promotion.

...ilable outside of the office, even public transport can't reach there after 6pm. if you have to leave in emergency you have to book cab for that you have to pay more than 1k so this a challenge.

My job role: Claims Associate Manager name: Swetha jaiswal SME: Ala Vikram (Useless fellow we don't know how he went to that position & How company giving salary to him he is sleeping always idiot, not giving proper training cheap fellow) * Toxic environment : 0. Manager and SME & all team Always hiding company providing facilities/benefits to employees wantedly. 1. Formed gangs and targeting employees wantedly. 2. Seniors/SME's not willing to share their knowledge which related to job and forcing employees to complete work immediately not upto end of the day. 3. Daily target is 24 only but they make me to do 50+ and also I shouldn't update into portal on my name. 4. By the support of Manager & SME my Seniors are raising voice on employees. * No support to employees from HR's / any one event though if you raise a HR Ticket also. *If you said any requirement Opinion or No to Manager/SME she'll reduce your monthly goal sheet METRICS like utilization scores, production scores, Quality scores so that you'll lose your monthly bonus and they make you bad in daily huddle call by calling your name wantedly. * Managers and SME's indirectly blackmailing employees to give 100% ratings regarding company survey about them. * If you not attend over time duity they immediately start targeting employees. * They said given hike of rupees 2 thousand only for a year of service but credited only 800 rupees only not more than that. * Finally after 15 months I quit my job.

Completely dislike except Company. Because Company is good not the team.
