Job pressure,mandatory over times, they dont want to give you Qvc bonus by showing diffrent metrics but they will show that qvc in your package no time for skill developement you have to work complete 8 and half hours and time limit for breaks while joining they said shift rotation but everytime you have to work in nightshifts only no rotation they stresses us to do mondatory overtime even the empolyees have health issues they dont care about employee everytime they say business requirement hikes also less not even 4000 in 3 years everytime they will say metrics but they will give hike to those whom they wanted give

Less growth, less level promotions and less grade promotions, salary increments, IR & CR REVIEWS are not given properly

... were supportive and friendly. There is a huge cafeteria,gym and gaming arcade.They give good salary hike and bonus every year

Continuous night shift there was no rotational shift for my process

Nothing for now. Last year it is used to be one of the best organisation. When it is used to be Episource. Now after Optum acquiring it becomes worst.

Ok first thing i have to say about this company is good for starting your career for medical background but don’t expect much salary because if you’re living like Chennai area this salary is not enough for single person

Incentive method and not showing proper package details it varying from crct to salary slip it’s big disappointment please consider and provide good package for medical coding job ppl in this job really working hard
