Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ... to get the issue addressed. And the outcome of it was they simply said sorry. Issue: They did not roll out the offer letter even after confirmation that I have cleared the technical round with the Senior director and upon agreeing for everything (compensation, NP etc) initially. Finally, if they find somebody who is okay with less compensation, your candidacy lands in garbage. No matter how many rounds you have cleared. Optiv totally lost my respect.

Variable pay is not a percentage of fixed and stays the same till a promotion!! My variable works out to 6% of fixed which is really unfair

They do favours with some people. Management is bad. They do not care about people value. Fire in seconds. People keep on changing. I think there is noone who worked in this company more than 3 years. They even fire senior leadership just in minutes without any reason
