It used to be account wise operating company which was good. But of late has gotten bad with no one taking responsibility from management. Unable to get any response and always being turned to someone to get any update. But very matured body shopping organization. Good pay when you join. No questions on this.

... the company. It is not at all worth it. Not female/diversity friendly company. If you go on ML you get no rating no increment just bare minimum salary mandated by law.

I got good exposure in the projects I worked. Good salary when joining the company. Not a Pay master but good nevertheless. Good office infrastructure.

...IP suddenly in 5-10 days they will call and fire. Very unprofessional behaviour. Dont go for good starting salary. You will regret.

In this company they just keep you till billing is there. They gave me notice to leave next month. The same day client project is over they will throw out. I asked for just 2 more months time. They are rude and say they wont provide experience letter if I fight for my date. I dont have choice now.
