HR ms juhi singh Rathod is doing politics and manipulating management for making decisions which are not good for company. She will be big liability for the company in future as she is doing all other unwanted work except her actual work. even work life balance is not there, there is no appreciation of work even working for hours still the expectations of working hour is getting increased. management will never be happy with the performance also the clients are dissatisfied. Suggestion is for focusing the hierarchy structure of company so that pillar can be build for every department and the strong team can build. Due to which work load will get decrease from Mr anurag sharma and from karan dhakad. Since both of them are unhappy with the working methods after being oldest employees as well.

Everything If you wanna ruin your career then please go optimum is waiting there on the door. Nobody in this company is happily working here. Ms. HR Juhi singh - she does all the work in office except her own HR work.
