She will be big liability for the company in future as she is doing all other unwanted work except her actual work. even work life balance is not there, there is no appreciation of work even working for hours still the expectations of working hour is getting increased. management will never be happy with the performance also the clients are dissatisfied. We get to learn lot of things here. You get a hands on experience on each and every project.

No work-life balance. Salary is also not good. We work like a slave and get very little salary. You will get a team to manage without the title of Team Lead so that they can save their money. Very bad work culture. No job security. You get monthly 1.5 leaves no more than that. No sick leaves or anything and if you take one, your money gets deducted. No work from home policy even in case of emergency. They just tell you to take leave and deduct your money. Alternate Saturdays working for everyone except Developers.
