I just like one thing you can take leave whenever you feel though they don't pay. Since lockdown happened 20th of march they played really well they setted all the agents on commission based earlier they were giving salary. Still we are on commission based but they hired me on salary and now they are giving the higher target for salary and even if you achieve it they deduct 10% and also not providing cab. earlier they were providing 1000rs for food we are not getting that now.

I worked for more than 10 years with Optimal Transnational Ind Pvt Ltd which was One Touch Solutions Ind Pvt Ltd before. Good organization to start with and learned really a lot, overall a good small company, decent compensation.

Dislikes

For an employee like me who did almost everything in his more than 10 years of carrier with Optimal Transnational / One Touch Solutions - there is no PF - and the company denies to pay the gratuity which I should get for my 10 years of service. Moreover I had more than 90 earned leaves - its mentioned in the appointment letter - remaining EL's gets paid - inspire of that they didn't even pay my earned leaves. Shouldn't do that - at least pay the employee whatever he/she deserves to get.

It is the worst organisation to work with .it is a total waste of time , the management is absolutely corrupt and the owner Vasundhra is a cheat . It is advised to not to waste your time here .they don't have anything like employee welfare. BIG TIME FRAUD

It was good working there for an year as the staffing was really helpful while training and always. There were fixed day shift and fixed Sunday off and Saturday half day. There I was selected as TSR in beginning and that too was good experience and then after getting promotion to quality analyst, I learned a lot about how to analyse each and everything. Yes, there was some pressure of auditing number of calls but then too it was a really satisfying job.

There was no logic that salary of TSR can be increased but not of quality analyst.
