    There is nothing to like in this company

    Dislikes

    The salary is very less and the traveling claim of the employee comes in two to three months delay. There is no working culture and no employee increment. The HR team here is very fraud. The date of joining given here is not given to you on the offer letter. They don't even give Experience and Relieving letter from HR team and don't even receive calls.

    ...o growth even you work for 5 year you will be on same position and same salary . There salary structure is worst in market they believe in low inhand salary and high variable where too much fine you can't get that much variable salary ......... When you want to change company you will face issue of CTC and company growth

    We belongs to offline , and our same product selling online by company and also the rate is different online price is so much less than offline , samsung and vivo is much better than oppo in this offline online balancing . Due This things oppo employees distributer facing problems , retailer talk with disrespect they have online product of low price then why he take stock from distributer , but we are fighting motivate retailer and employees and doing our work . Other telecom company giving uniform every year to employee specially in winter but oppo company in up east not giving from last 2- 3 years . Other state margin is also different from UP .

    1- Work Life balance is not that good. 2-The only main drawback in the company I found was JOB SECURITY there's no job security in the company you even cannot predict when will they terminate you or will force you to give resignation without any reason (Only in Madhya Pradesh Indore Branch) I don't know about other state. 3-They will not give you any appointment letter.

    Salary is good, Incentives is the only part of earning Self learning Basic Core marketing & sales work, it's good company for freshers to learn & work but not more than 2 years.

    Management is very poor, no integrity in several departments, no appraisals, low basic salary, no supports from company on Market issues & also to increase increaments, no such satisfying policy for employees About health insurance. Low variables, company payroll is third party so have much more issues while taking loans. No motivation for employees.
