The salary is very less and the traveling claim of the employee comes in two to three months delay. There is no working culture and no employee increment. The HR team here is very fraud. The date of joining given here is not given to you on the offer letter. They don't even give Experience and Relieving letter from HR team and don't even receive calls.

We belongs to offline , and our same product selling online by company and also the rate is different online price is so much less than offline , samsung and vivo is much better than oppo in this offline online balancing . Due This things oppo employees distributer facing problems , retailer talk with disrespect they have online product of low price then why he take stock from distributer , but we are fighting motivate retailer and employees and doing our work .
