Senior not all but my experience was so worst he was behave like very weird & rude with me & my team and create conspiracy infact I had switched this company only Mr. Abhishek Tomar otherwise I didn't left this organisation.

Hangouts are till late nights also, competition launching new products but this organisation is waiting for long time to take a division.

The company says that it is transparant on all levels but that is false. Phonepe gives out a survey called 'connect' wherein the employees rate the company on every level ( which is not read or worked upon I guess). It is said by the company that the data would be strictly confidential but again it's false. Many were reviewed by their managers because of what they wrote 😂. Let me give you an classic example of how biased the management here is, A new profile of state head was introduced and it was said that the promotions for the same will be internal BUT NO, The maximum hirings were done of people who come from the X company of a certain leadership member 😂. And I think there has to be some reservations that should be introduced for mass offline sales team since they are considered as untouchables here 😂

...apki existing company me kam paise hai aur job security hai to bhai mat chodhna.Yaha 10 15 hazar zada salary k chakkar me aaoge aur na ghar rahoge na ghat ke.Bande BDE level pe tikte nahi hai.Hire and Fire wala hisab kitab hai.Seriously bolu profile me ek paise ka maza nahi hai.BDE ka mann karega phone uthaege kaam pe aaege nahi to band karke baithe rahege.Unko insecurity hi nahi job jane ki.They know 15 hazar to kahi na kahi se kama lege yaha absent lagne se to acha hai. Conclusion ye hai my life biggest mistake to join here as a result i am jobless now in this tough COVID-19 situation.

Phonepe is veri relible brand of india. Phonepe has taken care that covid-19 took full care of its employees in difficult times and also full filled there financial neends In this difficult time the company did not cut any salary nor did any kind of cost cutting like many companies did. Today I can proudly say that I work in the Phonepe company. Which took care of everyone like a family.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow।.on the job training is not givan to new joinees.
