only thing I like here is the team. every body is ready to help and easy to approach, of course not applicable to many teams here. If you are fresher then it would be good company to learn. For experienced, based on your project you will get chance to learn. Most of them are support projects. variable pay will be given 100% if you meet expectations or above(at least in my tenure).

Salary & Hike is not at all good. They keep money to buy new companies. This company works on acquire & fire model. keep acquiring companies and keep firing employees on a consistent basis. No scope to learn new things. Many projects are support projects. Cafeteria food is bad if not horrible. No onsite opportunities. No work from Home(strict policy).

Great Teams, excellent work life balance, multiple in House technology certification, place for innovation, no travel provided as it is product based.

Dislikes

Salary difference between lateral joiners and regular employee is too much. Salary for freshers is more than the salary is for 2-3 years of experience employees.

No mobility between teams. Kind of stuck to same team forever. Pay is well . Tech stack can be legacy since most are legacy products Integrated with aquired products.
