...to beg for increment. Dont trust on words of VP reena , her words have no value. Sandwich system of salary cutting , greedy managment they want you to work continuously but dont expect anything in return. Work here if u want to work only for 1 or 2 years. Don't go more than that.

...o growth at all, I never recommend this company, only company as worst as this. Giving rupee as salary taking service worth 100 rupees. Coming to environment in the company omg its terrible like soldiers training. Thing is superiors over there they don't know the work properly we will teach them. Don't recommendable.

Good corporate culture, Birthday celebration at the end of month, Cultural activities(independence day celebrations, diwali celebration, republic day celebration, holi, christmas, etc.) One of the best company to start your career with if you are looking for future opportunities in KPO/BPO.

Modest salary for the beginners Not suitable for technical persons, Graduate or 12th pass gets the same salary at the time of joining if he is a fresher. Very hard to get the hike. Senior management is alway stable. Impossible to remove them because of the time they have given to company and trust which they have built with the directors.

I have started my carrier as a fresher in this company learned a lot for freshers it's good work place and environment managers ,trainer , HR depts will helps a lot and friendly nature

TL,s plays a main key role in the organisation they keep pressure on agents and always scolds us very bad 😔😔 with them only As of management also have to look over this many agents left the company beacuse of it
