One thing is very good that is salary which is credited every employee's account first day of month. Also hike is good.

Dislikes

...g time after they put says company's anything. Which is not good for any people. Also demanded one month salary check for security against 1 year job completion & 1 month notice period. Over all average which can be better.

Instead of supporting the employee they mentally discouraged the employee. Employee are force to work in critical situation even though company deduct the salary for the month of April and also most of the employee lose there job those denied to work in pandemic. Company use to say in pandemic those who want work come and work or resign the job To travel from home to company no vehicle was arranged by company.

OORJA is a good company for those who wants a start initially with low salary say approx Rs 8000 as a fresher. And one can grow on his/her good performance with nice salary increment upto starting two to three years as per nature of job. And if you have an ability required for team leading then you can grow your salary chance upto 25 to 30 Ks.

Dislikes

If you are an average then no attention paid by company. If you are expecting more for salary then is a bad option. Mote than 25 K salary job is not secure, doesn't mean how much senior you are. Learnings are only upto job related requirements, no extra lessons or trainings, especially for TL no technical training, no further guidance, no further expectations for future and salary hike is hope less. Whatever you want to grow you must have to do yourself don't expect any extra back up or support.

Working with OORJA is a waste of time, I felt this way, actually I worked in HR profile, and found the management here is not that good, especially the decisions of Mr. Rajendra Rathod. Some of negative points. 1-There is no work life balance. 2-No development in future. 3-Toxic work environment. My suggestion is that if you are unable to find a job then join Oorja, otherwise it is a complete waste of time.
