OORJA is a good company for those who wants a start initially with low salary say approx Rs 8000 as a fresher. And one can grow on his/her good performance with nice salary increment upto starting two to three years as per nature of job. And if you have an ability required for team leading then you can grow your salary chance upto 25 to 30 Ks.

If you are an average then no attention paid by company. If you are expecting more for salary then is a bad option. Mote than 25 K salary job is not secure, doesn't mean how much senior you are. Learnings are only upto job related requirements, no extra lessons or trainings, especially for TL no technical training, no further guidance, no further expectations for future and salary hike is hope less.
