Nothing is there to like about working in oodles. No work life balance , zero appreciation from managers and higher management even after giving your extra time for the company.

Salary on time,best place for skill development, very less job security.

Dislikes

Very and very less job security. They only hire for 1 year specially not in a direct way (indirectly) within that they decide what to do with the employee. They are hiring continuously because reason above. If he/she work very and very good they give their best otherwise they fire.

This is worst company. Pay this salary very late in not help in senior.

...ompany. Senior lead is not help. No tranning provide. Direct to project in task. They give salary every 15th.

1. Salary comes after 15th of every month which is too late. 2. Putting freshers on multiple client projects from day one without any explanation or Knowledge Transfer. 3. Poor client handling. 4. Heavy work load. Have to work on weekends to complete milestones just because they don't know how to manage clients. 5. Seniors don't help. They just sit their and trasfer all of their tasks to freshers. 6. Have to work on multiple client projects simultaneously. 7. Bad behaviour of seniors. They don't reply or help at all.
