Poor salary as compared to market. Even you entered with high package, it's really difficult to achieve that salary based on your experience as per the market standards.

The first advantage was Work from Home. My colleagues were very friendly and understanding.I had worked for only 2 months but still I received my releiving letter.Unlike my previous company Savantis Solutions India Private Limited which was a fraud company where even working for 10 months I received nothing not even an experience letter.

The shift timings were very hectic.Salary was also low in comparison and apprisals are low.

The working environment inside the office is very good.. that's all nothing much.

Worst part of On Process Technology is there salary structure. They want people with good communication and experience but they will provide you a fresher salary only..

Extremely biased management. The game is survival of the fittest. Poor appraisal procedure Slow/no hike structure (expect not more than 15-20% )

Honestly, I was hired as a Dell supply chain Fraud Analyst. But the offer letter read as Customer band IV

...that if you get any escalation from the client it will deducted from that money. And just to get your own part salary you have to monthly get 99.8 on quality which is next to impossible. Moreover, that part of money you can forget as charity. Shift used to change every week.
