Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Other staff is also good to talk and helpful.

Dislikes

Salary is good but growth is not good. Seniors are not talk for us in front of boss when a mistake(without investigation who is blamed) has been done. Everytime they blamed us.

Likes

they have Alternate Half days on Saturday and you will gonna learn a lot of things from here they have 2 late are allowed in week so if any one get late salary will not be deducted.

Dislikes

so many things to dislike here -- too Much Politics and buttering are there and if someone who dont knw about it they will gonna trap you in it automatically, Appraisals are nothing and hardwork they cant see, casual leaves are very difficult to take and torture are endless and also no sick leave,casual leaves and no yearly leave described no en-cash leaves also and they dont celebrate any festival out there.

The company should send many of its workers in indian politics, they are so excellent in doing politics and tormenting majority of people under them.....there are no fixed working hours, during the lunch, people have to eat on thier computer keyboard and start working immediately after their meals.....this place is worser than a unruly big boss house, tormenting people, hurling derogatory abuses regularly
