Work environment is good.

There is no fixed salary, no annual increments. Instead of increments, they will give special performance allowance (But the basic salary and PF cutting will be remain same for the years). They will stop giving Special Performance Allowance when they want. Ultimately if we wants to go another company, we can show only our first CTC, which they have provided while joining. There are only six casual leaves and six sick leaves for entire year (for freshers and experienced). Only third Saturday will be official holiday, rarely they will give second saturday. Our bad luck is employees only should buy health insurance. Company will not provide health insurance.

Worst company. The CEO didn't paid us salary for 2/3 months, and after that he paid us 2000/5000/10000 as salary. But he has money to donate to Andhra Govt to uplift his political career. No sense of management.The entire business is fraud. It con's people all over the world to register for there fake conferences and journals.

Management, there is no management. Work culture. Lack of work ethics.

Worst company i never seen before, everyday new criteria, every month salary deductions minimum 50% to 90%. No HR policy, no management, no hikes process. Main thing HR persons are very irrespective and irresponsible behaviour with employees. My best suggestion is do not waste your valuable time in this company. If you join you will lose your career.

It's a good company, very friendly work environment attaching new system.. always working fresh things.. work team is good.

It's a bad management and administration team. Salary was not get on time. Forget the Hike, company was different organization is different.. credit salary is different..

Actually 1 star also waste, but there is no option for 0 star, no likes only dislikes

Worst company culture and policies, it's a cheap company salary will not credited on time and they will credit half salary on 10th of the month and half salary after 20th of the month, payslips will not provide you can't know how much salary you will get .
